I’m not sure if in this kind of event we can talk about headliners – especially when all bands played the same length of time – but with a longer career (and discography), and being the first metal band to ever play on that stage, back in October 2019, it made perfect sense that it would be EQUALEFT‘s groove wrapping up this party – and they did so with a golden key. Not only because it’s already the natural definition of their gigs, but also because they intend to get off the road for a while, in order to focus on the songwriting and recording of their third album.;those present had the chance to listen to songs such as “We Defy”, “Tremble” or “Overcoming” for the last time for a considerable while.
There was no cake to sing “happy birthday” to Hard Rock Cafe, mas it was them who provided the cookies that Migel Inglês usually offers, so it was a finale just as sweet.
