So we thought every band would play for an hour, but nope. HUMANART‘s black metal echoed roughly for about 45 minutes. They’d celebrated their 20th anniversary the previous year and released their second full-length album “(Further) Into The Depths” in April, so even if I can’t tell you for sure which songs were played, I’ll put my money on a balance between promoting this latest work and a handful of classics. All I can say is that I hadn’t seen HUMANART in five years and I’ve noted a positive evolution in their performance, more focused on the music and less in the “evil posture” that comes along with the genre. Or rather, such posture comes out natural, in consequence of the music, and not the other way around.
