FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE‘s sound was far from ideal, Tommaso Riccardi‘s voice only echoing through one side of the stage when the show started. His voice eventually came out in stereo but the general sound went on somewhat messy. It’s however the only reason for complaining, as the performance itself and the choice of setlist left the fans with a smile from ear to ear – even after the release of “King” last February, they visited their two previous albums with tracks like “Pathfinder” or “The Forsaking”. Their symphonic death metal may take a while to get through the ears of the least eclectic, but live it’s hard not to pay attention to these Italians.
