Alternative blues rock isn’t exactly my cup of tea, but I recognize how THE LEMON LOVERS are great in that field. Currently promoting their recent second album, “Watching The Dancers”, they offered a remarkable show at Canecas, while opening for SAM ALONE. There wasn’t much talk between songs, apart from the occasional introductions, but singer/guitarist João Pedro Silva had a funny moment when he said they would play “Cosmic Lovers” because we were all lovely.
