I won’t say it feels like yesterday that I was watching Vanessa Warwick playing BOLT THROWER‘s “Cenopath” on Headbangers’ Ball, but it surely doesn’t feel like +20 years ago either…
After drummer Martin “Kiddie” Kearns died in his sleep in 2015, singer Karl Willetts founded MEMORIAM as a tribute to him. And here they were in Vagos, playing that old school death metal which so characterizes them – whatever band they’re in.
At the time they had released a couple of albums – “For The Fallen” and “The Silent Vigil” – plus three demos. Their third record, “Requiem For Mankind”, is scheduled for June 21st.
