It’s not normal – not in Portugal anyway – for a band of a certain “status” as ABORTED to be the first on stage. But as Sven de Caluwé explained, they had an early flight to England, where they would perform the following day (Bloodstock Open Air). A comeback for a show in “prime time” was already assured, also promoted by Amazing Events, later in November – and the performance of songs such as “The Saw And The Carnage Done” or “Deep Red” proved in Vagos that it will be worthwhile.
