I knew Miguel “Mike” Seewald was leaving the band, but I thought he’d stay a little bit longer, until the Laurus Nobilis fest in July. Turned out to be sooner, his last gig with EQUALEFT being a Spanish date – Die Hard Fest, in Vigo – that I couldn’t attend. This means I was there at his first concert with the groove metal band (see here) and at his second to last. Wishing you all the best, kid. 

From classic hits like “Maniac” to future hits such “We Defy”, EQUALEFT owned that stage. I missed the lightsaber, though…
