Living up to the doom of their name, THE OMINOUS CIRCLE got on stage at a somewhat ungrateful hour in visual terms, as their “priests of the occult” garments would have caused more impact with a matching light display. But that didn’t stop the fans of this somber side of black/death metal of having their fun – on of them in particular was constantly falling in the arms of security. True, they only had one album out (“Appalling Ascension”) and it wasn’t exactly recent (2017) but the success achieved with it, inside and out our borders, made their presence in Vagos long due.
