September nights by the river is the furthest thing from warm, but when your favorite band is playing – especially on the drummer’s birthday – your concern about temperature is just as far.

Given the huge backlog FRF has, I decided I wouldn’t shoot any other band but HILLS HAVE EYES; forgetting the 50-200 lens wasn’t part of the restrain plan though, hence the few and not-exactly-sharp pics of birthday boy (sorry Franjas!). Still I managed a handful of decent shots to remember yet another great show, where they played something I believe I’d only heard them play twice before – “Red Serpent”  – and where we sang “happy birthday Franjas“ in the end.
